TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided Structural Engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services during construction for this landmark 23-story, oceanfront hotel/ condo complex; the property’s two-towers consist of a 346-room hotel and 171 units of luxury residences, situated on a 4-1/2-acre parcel on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Amenities include a 6th floor pool and deck overlook, a destination restaurant, 10,000 SF spa, fitness center, retail space, 13,000 SF meeting space with a grand ballroom that seats 300 guests and 1,020-space parking garage.

Special siting and design criteria were applied for construction due to the proximity of the Coastal Construction Control Line.
