Our Restoration team will provide complete Contract Administration Services (Phase III)
- Threshold Inspections during the construction phase. Provide the “Final Letter” at the conclusion of the project.
- Special Inspections as requested from the governing building department.
- Quality Assurance Inspections when the client has a need to ensure that work completed is in accordance with current building codes.
- Forensic Inspections for litigation and other legal cases.
